- What is the board's job?
    - bylaws are a little vague.
    - what do we do when committees are inactive
        - how can we get them active?
        - send encouragement to committees?
            - every board member will encourage one committee.
        - committee time at each meeting, 5:30 - 6pm?
            - Scott will talk to Judy Judy about 5:30-6 addition.
    - voter registration.
        - during meeting time?
        - why? do we want everyone voting?
            - yes. no. this isn't the board's job.
        
- Next month's agenda:
     - Voter registration?
     - writing issue papers for Phil Huckleberry?
     - _Outfoxed_?
        - Scott will ask Phil how he wants help (registration or writing papers)
    
- September agenda:
    - Labor Day Parade march
    - "Third Party"
    
- Location in the future?
    - Currently scheduled for U.U. church through August.
        - everyone favors staying at U.U. church permanently.
        - Scott will talk to Judy Judy about permanent status.

- Formal membership cards.
    - Jan will work on that.
    
- Future agenda ideas:
    - Everyone read an article and discuss at meetings.
    - reintroduce pause between speakers during discussions?
